Single Cursor

Bring up a single cursor to show the time and date of an event and the values of the inputs at that time

Dual Cursor

Use two cursors to measure elapsed time, or time a process has taken. Ideal for checking batches, critical plant processes or machine outages. The display reports that Max and Min values for all inputs between the two cursors

Zooming

Use the In and Out buttons to zoom in and out in time, allows you to focus in on process anomalies and investigate in greater detail, and also to look at the same data over a few days or a few minutes.


Shifting

You can shift backwards and forward in time using either the Rev and Fwd buttons, or switching from Cursor mode to Chart mode and simply sliding your finger over the touch screen.

This function gives rapid browsing through time, allowing you to quick home in on any data that requires further investigation .

Jump to Event

By using the Jump forward or jump back button, the recorder will skip through to time to find the next Event. Extremely quick way to locate Alarms, or messages.

Printing

When you have completed your analysis, by selecting the print button you can get a hardcopy print out from a Network attached or locally attached printer.

Single Cursor Mode

Use a single cursor to find the time an event occurred and the value of the inputs at that time.

Here the outside temperature was lowest at 05:16 at 8.3 degrees C

Single Cursor Zoomed Out

Using the In and Out buttons, you can rapid zoom in and out to get a broader view of the process.

Here the user has zoomed out to show the trends from the 26th June through to the 2 July, all done in an instant. The lowest outside temperature is seen to be 9.4 degrees C at 03:20 Hrs on the 30th June 08

Dual Cursor Mode

Use two cursors to measure the time of an event, such as checking how long the furnace was at temperature, or how long the sterilisation process lasted

Here the dip in the office temperature (red pen) lasted 1Hr and 56 Minutes as shown on the dual cursor display. Also note that the green pen has been hidden to make the display clearer, this is simply done by pressing the green panel.

Here the operator has zoomed right into the trend and now shows 9 minutes and 20 seconds between the cursors. Also note that the Action button has been pressed so that a picture of this screen can be printed on the local network printer.
