Manufacturing Test

QA Stamp

All recorders are subject to a stringent manufacturing test process that exercises and stresses all aspect of the instrument, to ensure that when it gets to you it lasts.

This testing includes temperature cycling and simultaneous power cycling, field signal checking, communication exercises and display and touch screen tests in an automated system that ensures nothing is missed.

Construction

Toughened glass touch screen capable of withstanding a 1.18 pound steel ball being dropped from 4 feet (NEMA4X test), combined with a steel case and back plate ensures a rigid and robust construction suitable for use in the industrial environment.
