relating to the specific batch you need, with clear
indication of batch and recording status
Batch Reports
The Batch capability is easily combined with the
powerful X Series Report generation facility to
provide automated batch reports. These can be viewed
locally, printed locally or on a network printer,
saved to memory and even automatically emailed to
you.

System Max/Mins Information
Reports the Max and Min value for each pen during the batch and the time that it occured
System Total Inforamtion
Reports the Total value (if enabled) for each pen during the batch
System Counter Inforamtion
Reports the Counter values for the batch
System Messages
Reports System Messages such as Alarms, Counters, User Entered and Security and the time of the message during the batch
Digital Input and Relay Inforamtion
Reports the changes of Diital Inputs and Relay Outputs during the batch
Integrated Security

The X Series Batch functionality automatically
integrates with the on board comprehensive password
system.
With passwords enabled, operators using the batch
functionality will be required to log in. All
entries are recorded against the logged on user, and
are then available as an audit trail of the complete
batch - who did what and when

How do you need to start and stop your batch?
The X Series batch functionality can be
controlled in a whole host of ways to suit all types
of manufacturing processes. These include
- Manual - using the touch screen or keyboard and mouse
- On an alarm condition - pen reaches a certain temperature
- Digital input changing state
- Via communication input
- When a totaliser reaches a certain value
- On a counter reaching a limit
- On a timed schedule
- Or a combination of the above
