The DPR250 is an exceptionally priced, high-performance 250mm strip chart recorder that can monitor and record up to 64 analogue inputs and up to 32 inputs.

The DPR250 recorder offers capabilities such as:

• Six-colour printing capability for clear differential of the process values
• Alarm/digital input messaging to enhance the printed record
• Batch message capabilities for material and lot identification purposes
• Periodic reports to provide a summary of the process data
• Electronic data storage to accompany the printed chart and to make analysis faster and easier
• Math capabilities to handle totalization, addition, mass flow and other calculations

The DPR250 is easily configured in any of five languages via the faceplate keys or a PC with the Honeywell DPR configuration software

Multi Colour Trending

The DPR250 accurately records process variables such as temperature and pressure, using a multi-colour ribbon/print head mechanism, in Trend or Tabular print mode on pre-lined chart paper.

Multi Pen

The DPR250 strip chart recorder that can monitor up to 64 analogue inputs and print up to 32 parameters. Other capabilities include digital inputs, alarm relay outputs, retransmission outputs, communications, math calculations and electronic data storage.

Flexible recording

The DPR250 recorder provides its own chart documentation with range information, messages, alarming, date/time and chart speed; allowing the use of a common chart for any of the recorders. The chart documentation can be done in up to six colors to match the trace colors for better data comprehension.

Communications connectivity

The DPR250 recorder support a RS232/RS422/RS485 ASCII or RS422/RS485 Modbus RTU communication link or Ethernet/Modbus RTU link to allow process data to be read from the recorder or written to the recorder in real time. Front PC configuration port allows for fast, easy configuration of the product.

Display & Operator Interface

The DPR250 recorder uses a 2 row 16-digit alphanumeric vacuum fluorescent display to clearly show process and operational information for easy understanding of the current state of the process, recorder status or configuration data.

Environmental Protection

The DPR250 recorder comes standard with a metal door/case that is rated for IP55 from the front face to keep out water.

Approvals

All models are available with CSA/NRTL/c approval for those applications that require Agency approval.
