The HC900 Hybrid Controller provides a cost-effective platform for combining loop (analog) and logic control. Hybrid control is ideal for unit process applications requiring analog measurements with discrete actions, discrete measurements with analog actions and discrete measurements with discrete actions

Loop & Logic Control

Tightly integrated loop and logic controller that supports expansion I/O racks for stand alone or partitioned unit processes.

Superior PID loop control with 0.5 sec. analog input update rates and Honeywell Accutune auto-tuning, fuzzy logic and advanced operability.

Ramp/Soak Setpoint Programmers. Setpoint Schedulers with multiple outputs, and Sequencers with 16 Outputs each.

Robust logic control with typical scan rates of ~25 msec.

Communications

Ethernet

Ethernet connectivity for PC supervision through Honeywell Experion or 3rd party software products.

Open Ethernet interface (10 MB or 10/100 MB) using Modbus/TCP.

Peer-to-peer communications via Ethernet and E-mail alarm/event messaging on priority.

Display

HC900 OI

Optional, fully integrated Operator Interfaces that provide a wide selection of preformatted operator displays and more than 100 diagnostics displays.

HC Designer Software

Hybrid Control Designer configuration software provides graphical configuration, advanced monitoring functions for debug and an array of records for enhanced documentation generation.

Redundant System Capability

Critical process support via redundant CPUs, power supplies and network communications.
